High Pressure Units for Pumping Liquid CO2

The units are designed for pumping liquid carbon dioxide. The plunger pump in the version for pumping CO2 is equipped with a safety valve, an outlet pressure gauge, a gauge valve and an inlet filter. The drive is provided by an electric motor via a flexible coupling or a toothed belt. The unit is mounted on a steel frame or stainless steel board according to the requirements.

  • pumping from a tank to another tank

  • etc.

  • single-phase asynchronous electric motor 230V

Frames

  • tubular frame with rubber feet or rubber wheels for mobile design
  • frame welded from steel profiles for a fixed design
  • base plate made of stainless steel
  • special frame meeting various requirements (external dimensions, range of optional equipment, etc.)

  • flow rate: 2,5 – 195 l/min
  • maximum outlet pressure: 150 bar
  • maximum inlet pressure: 60 bar
  • minimum temperature of the pumped liquid: - 40 °C
  • motor power: 0,55 – 55 kW

Structural design

  • for "cold" carbon dioxide (min. - 40 ° C)
  • for "warm" carbon dioxide (normal ambient temperature)
